Why should I choose CDA Printing for my custom order?
We are the custom printing experts! We have the knowledge to turn your custom merch into instant hits! We know what your recipients will love & are fully aware of all the latest trends! Our new online platform allows you to upload your logo, visualize it on a range of products and easily view color options, inventory and pricing to help narrow down your search. You can even request a quote or place your order all from the comfort of our easy-to-use website. 

Will I see a proof before my order goes to print?
Yes, we will always send a proof that will need to be approved before the order is printed. Even if you place your order online, expect a proof about 24-48 hours after ordering. We will never print anything unless it has been approved.

What ink colors can I use?
​Each supplier has it's own set of stock colors and Pantone Matching is usually available for a fee. You'll be able to see recommended color options during the proofing phase of the order. Please remember that colors on screens can look different across monitors so if there's a specific color you need, please provide us the PMS color to match. The extra fee will be worth it, if you are trying to achieve something specific!
 
​Can I get a sample made to see what it will look like?​
​It really depends on the product but most of the time we can create a pre-production sample to approve before the full order is run. Please order this early, as these samples take about 2+ weeks to produce and then we need to leave time to place the full order. Pricing is dependent on the item and print method, but can be costly. However, this is a great way to view the final product before committing to the full order!

What is your turnaround time?
It really depends on the item and the print process that we are using. Most items take about 2-3 weeks from art approval to delivery. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
